Rococo (/rkoko/ or /rokko/), less commonly roccoco, or "Late Baroque", was a deeply ornamental and theatrical style of ornamentation which sum up asymmetry, scrolling curves, gilding, white and pastel colors, sculpted molding, and trompe l'oeil frescoes to make the illusions of surprise, hobby and drama. It first appeared in France and Italy in the 1730s and progress to Central Europe in the 1750s and 1760s.[1][2][3] It is often described as the definite aeration of the Baroque movement.[4]The Rococo style began in France in the first allocation of the 18th century in the reign of Louis XV as a recognition next to the more formal and geometric Style Louis XIV. It was known as the style rocaille, or rocaille style.[2] It soon expansion other parts of Europe, particularly northern Italy, Bavaria, Austria, other parts of Germany, and Russia. It afterward came to upset the extra arts, particularly sculpture, furniture, silverware and glassware, painting, music, and theatre.
